Description
Dry amber wine, produced from specially selected Kisi and Kakhuri Mtsvane grape varieties, grown in the village Manvi, Kakheti region, Georgia. The wine has been vinified according to the Georgian traditional winemaking method in Qvevri (clay vessel), fermented and matured during 6 months with skin contact. The wine is amber in color with a distinguished bouquet, reminiscent of dried stone fruits, figs, roasted almonds and herbaceous aromas. It is full-bodied and well-balanced with fruity flavors. Best paired with: poultry, grilled vegetables and aged cheeses. Best served at: +12°-14°C (+54°-57° F).
